Refund policy
Exchanges
Customer is liable for return Shipping Cost on exchanged items.
All exchanges “carry” a handling fee of R150. This is a contribution towards the logistics involved in arranging the return of your exchanged product.
Please note that exchanges may only be processed for those orders within 14 days of receipt.
We do not offer exchanges on sale items or custom-made work.
Refunds
Customer is liable for return Shipping Cost on refunded items.
Refunds will be effected to the value of your purchased products being returned to Big Value less the Transport fee initially paid.
The refund will be processed via the payment platform selected to pay for your order ie. Payfast,, EFT and only once the products are back in hand with Big Value.
Refunds will not be processed for products that show any measure of damage/use and must be effected within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Please note that the items being returned for a refund MUST be returned to Big Value in their original packaging. Any items that are returned damaged due to inadequate protective packaging will NOT be liable for the processing of the refund.
Payments made via Payfast will be refunded on the month end payroll, as we do not have access to these funds untill the month end system payout.
Big Value reserved the right to deny any refunds where applicable.
