Delivery

Big Value is an eCommerce shop – we utilise the services of The Courier guy/Pudo to deliver your order to you. Courier costs within South Africa are:

     Pudo Locker to Door service, Small package up to 2kg  - R90 

     Pudo Locker to Door service, Medium package up to 5kg - R150

     Courier Guy Door to Door service, Large package up to 12kg - R250

   All Deliveries take  approximately 2 – 5 working days and comes to your front door.

Order Tracking

A Waybill Number/Tracking details shall be provided after dispatch and will be updated on your account once our system updates. 

 

Payment

Your order will only be dispatched if paid in full.
